The Clarkson Hyde shareholders' meeting approved the appointment of Matteo Quaia (pictured, left) and Giuseppe Pepe (pictured, right) as equity partners.
Both professionals are part of the tax department. Quaia specializes in corporate tax & IFRS while Pepe mainly deals with corporate tax & transfer pricing.
The appointments are part of a long-term strategy of the firm with a view to business sustainability.
